Kaitlyn Arion

My name is Kaitlyn Arion and this is my third year coaching softball and my first year at 316 Elite. I played at WSU from 2011-2013 and UMKC (WAC) from 2013-2015. I hope to influence this next generation of college athletes by giving them all the tools necessary to compete in this game and also be a good student, teammate, and women. Coaching is about helping to create good people, who care about each other. This amazing game just happened to bring us together. Being a part of 316 Elite creates the environment these young ladies need to reach all of their goals. I am proud to coach these young ladies, and I cannot wait to see who they turn out to be.
