Michael Wuicik

A dedicated professional and a proud 13-year combat veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Currently serving as a Route Supervisor for Rumpke Waste and Recycling Services, Michael brings the same commitment and discipline he learned in the military to his work and community. Bachelors Degree in criminal concentration in forensic science.
A passionate coach, love for sports by coaching baseball for three years at both the travel and recreational levels, as well as flag football for two years. With a decade of experience coaching softball in North Carolina and Ohio, he enjoys shaping young athletes into not only skilled players but also responsible citizens. Married for ten years and a father to four children—three girls and one boy—Michael believes in the importance of hard work and dedication. His coaching philosophy centers on imparting these values to the youth he mentors, using insights from his military experiences to inspire and guide them. Whether on the field or at home, fully committed to fostering a positive impact in the lives of others, helping to mold the next generation into productive members of society.
