Accounts and Registration

Eligibility
This site is intended for use by individuals age 13 or older. Users under 13 must have a parent or legal guardian create the account on their behalf. Parental Consent for Users Under 13
In compliance with COPPA, a parent or legal guardian must create the account for any user under the age of 13. By creating an account and agreeing to these Terms of Service, the parent or guardian provides verifiable consent for the collection and use of the child’s personal information, including limited public display of information (e.g., name, profile) if explicitly permitted during registration.
Consent may be revoked at any time by contacting support@tagup.com. If such consent is revoked or improperly granted, TUS will promptly remove any associated data.

Termination
TUS reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

The site and all services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. TUS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
